How to contact the support
Only designated members of the customer team are allowed to raise a ticket. Check with your Sales representative or your customer service manager to get the list.

- Description
- The description will contain screenshots, SQL queries that show the situation on the client-side
- When possible, the description will contain the steps that enable the team to reproduce the case
